You will also need to have a contact or reference number.This is the number of someone close to you who can be contacted when you are out of reach. If you don't have either of these, you can get them from the National identity management Commission of Kenya.

Once you have found the nearest passport office, you need to visit it with all the necessary documents. They will ask you to fill out some forms and take a photo.
